Warranty Coverage:

We offer a comprehensive warranty policy ranging from 7 days to extended periods such as 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, depending on the product. If any fault is detected within the initial 7 days from the invoice date, you can return the product to us via Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Redex, E-Courier, Steadfast, or any other courier service that provides office delivery.

Important Note: Please refrain from using SA Paribohon for courier services, as they lack office delivery, leading to additional delays in processing.

Packaging Requirements:

Before sending the product, ensure that it is securely packed with all original accessories and properly boxed. Please avoid taping the product box; instead, use newspaper paper for packaging. Return requests will not be accepted if the product or its packaging is damaged due to improper packing or if it is not in a resalable condition.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send the Product: Upon sending the product to us, obtain the booking slip from the courier and WhatsApp us at 01976560206.
  2. Product Inspection: Once the product reaches us, it will undergo thorough inspection. If the reported issue is confirmed, we will either replace the product or resolve the issue accordingly.
  3. Courier Reimbursement: If the product passes our inspection without any fault, the customer will be required to cover the courier fee for returning the product. Upon receiving the courier fee, we will dispatch the same product to the customer's address again. Video documentation will be provided if necessary.
  4. Faulty Product Resolution: In case the product is found to be faulty, we will fix or replace it at our expense and courier it to the customer's address.
Courier Fee Responsibility:
If the product develops a fault within 7 days from the invoice date, the customer bears the courier fee for returning the product. We will cover the replacement shipment cost. However, if the warranty issue arises after 7 days (e.g., within the warranty period of 6 months, 2 months have passed), the customer is responsible for both the up and down courier fees for warranty support.

Delivery and Return Timeline:

- Order Processing: We endeavor to process each order within 72 hours, striving for prompt handover to the courier.

- Delivery within Dhaka: Typically, delivery occurs within 1-3 days after handover to the courier.

- Delivery outside Dhaka: Expect delivery within 2-5 days.

- Return Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, it may take 5-10 days for inspection, issue identification, and providing a suitable solution.
